Henghong ecological Gabion uses materials that meet the most stringent international and domestic standards.Depending on the wire diameter,the tensile strength meets the requirements of BS1052,QQ-W-461sift1978,ranging from 38 to 55 kg/mm².The galvanizing amount meets the requirements of BSEN10244-2-2001(BS443)and UNI3598,ranging from 240 g to 300 g/m².The quality of the aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel wire meets the requirements of ASTM B750 and YB/T180-2000.The characteristics of the PVC coating meet the ASTM A975-97 standard.

International and domestic standards for ecological gabions refer to GB343,GB/T2973-91,GB228-87,GB1033-1986,GBT1040-1922,GB/T15905-1995,etc.

Users can choose different material types according to different needs,and can also choose special materials according to design requirements.

PVC Standards

1.PVC film thickness:0.4mm-0.6mm.

2.PVC raw material density:1.30kg/m³~1.35kg/m³.

3.The tensile strength and elongation at break of PVC raw materials shall be tested in accordance with the current national standard GB/T1040.1,"Determination of Tensile Properties of Plastics Part 1:General Rules".The tensile strength shall not be less than 20MPa,and the elongation at break shall not be less than 180%.
